Worldwide Auto Inc is a good example of where not to do business. They are unethical, arrogant, deceptive and criminal. Santiago Guanuna in particular doesnt care how many lies he has to spout to sell a vehicle. The other owners names are as follows: Edgar Guevara, Farid Guanuna, Angelica Guanuna, Lydia Guevara, Gary Guanuna: These people apparently dont care that Santiago is deceptive and dishonest.
I have given them ample time to show me signs that they cared and could resolve the issues at hand. It appears I will need to spend the time and energy to go to Salt Lake City to Small Claims Court. I plan on picketing their business on this trip. I will have pictures of this on my website I have created to centralize complaints about this company http://getwwa.blogspot.com/ (yesthey have pi$$ed me off that much that I have devoted time and money to inform others about there lack of ethics and fairness) also at: http://worldwideauto-utah-scam.com/
In short, I purchased a vehicle from Santiago. He said there was no damage to the suspension, drive train, steering, and frame. Not only was there damage to all of the above components, they cut off the curtain airbag which had been deployed, tucked everything back together and concealed the fact that it was ever deployed. I will update this review if they ever decide to change course and own up to the deception and lies of Santiago. I would encourage you to read the reviews of the business: you can find all links on my websites above, which I have uncovered so far. Hopefully you will find this information BEFORE you purchase on of there vehicles and not after you have been swindled like myself. I accept the fact I should have done more research and insisted on certain things. However, that does not give Santiago carte blanche to advertise it as runs and drives and criminally conceal the airbag deployment. When it arrived the front wheel had been pulled off breaking the rack and pinion in half and the driveshaft in half. The sub frame was unusable and the vehicle did not have a drop of coolant in it. The water pump and thermostat housing were cracked along with the air pump. This is just the beginning. Santiago told me I should have guessed there would be no coolant in the engine. There is over $7000 just in parts which were not disclosed.
Anyway I will update these reviews as time goes on. If there are no updates, I am in the process of legal action. Good Luck If you have any stories of your own about these clowns please email me through the website above.

Paid a $1000 deposit then googled the VIN and found the real pictures of the accident. Tried to get my deposit back but could only get 50%. I got somewhat lucky but definitely scammed and upset. Is there any ways to start a class action against them? they're just scamming everybody there must have a way to stop this. I'm ready to chip in. Let me know frederic@capecod.com
