WOZO monthly fee scam Internet

They offer a $0.99 poster for you to try their services. They said nothing about additional fees. The posters selection offered seemed as though they could have easily been unpopular and were overstocked. I got the impression that they were trying to rid rid of unwanted overstock merchandise and decided to use it in a promotion. I thought I'd get a poster for $0.99 and in exchange, they'd get rid of product they didn't want and simultaneously get my address  and email so they could solicit me in the future. I checked my bank account statement as I do every few days and found they had charged me a total of $30.98. They had enrolled me in a monthly subscription program without my knowledge. I'd like to stress that I was never informed that there would be any additional charges to my account and they didn't even tell me that their subscription program existed. I only found out about it after my account was charged. After calling and hanging out on hold for about 20 min I was connected to a representative and was easily able to cancel the account and avoid future charges, but they still got my 31 bucks.
