This company has been charging me for months for products and services that I have not authorized. My membership is cancelled and their charges have been disputed and reported to my credit card company. I guess we will see if they stop charging me or if I will have to take this further. When I called the number they provided, the person who answered the phone had no idea of what I was talking about and stated that they got these calls all the time.

In addition, our "Customer is Always Right" policy ensures that we take action sufficient to obtain each customer's complete satisfaction, including making refunds for any charges which a customer has incurred but disputes.
