My name is Michael Block and I am the COO mentioned in the complaint. It saddens me greatly to read this because I happen to know that this complaint is not factually true. Although I would be happy to personally speak with any customer of ours who is dissatisfied with our service, I have not had to do so in a very long time. The complainant specifically mentions that he or she spoke with me and that simply isn't true. Furthermore, whenever I do speak with a customer, I can assure you that I am never rude. 

Based on the complete lack of details in this report and the fact that our brand name is used repeatedly with different spelling variations in the title, I can only assume that this was filed by a competitor of ours trying to sully our reputation in the field. The complainant even italicized our company name in the body text of the complaint, which is a cheap SEO trick to try and make Google show this result higher in the search engine results pages. It's certainly not normal behavior from an upset customer.

Our company works with hundreds of clients and the vast majority of them are happy with our work. There are occasions when a misunderstanding can lead to a client feeling unsatisfied but this is not one of those situations. I can only hope that the person responsible for this defamation stops what he or she is doing and that our prospective clients take the time to read this response before judging our company on a false assertion. 

Filing a false report on a site like this is an ugly side of SEO and I can only say that this is a practice in which we would never engage.
