When I asked Dan Monahan about the support I could expect he said I would never be left alone when I needed help. I took him at his word. I found out soon enough that he was full of it. I found that whenever a client asked me something I wasn't sure about I would send an e-mail and then wait most of the day for a response. Most of the time I would have to write back to get clarification and the clarification was just as incomprehensible as the original answer. Clients confidence in me vanished faster than WSI's support. When you can't support your clients they stop being your clients. That is something I tried explaining to Dan and anyone else I could get on the phone there. The response I heard the most was "We don't hear this from any of our other members". One person actually told me if I didn't like the response time then maybe I shouldn't call them anymore and I should look the answer up myself. Shonda Jacksonville, Florida

#4 UPDATE EX-employee responds

my experience I think that they are a bunch of overworked overzealous hypocrites

AUTHOR: C - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 16, 2005

I used to work for the company and frankly I think that they are a bunch of overworked overzealous hypocrites. They fired me because I was not willing to work more than 35 hours a week and I did not subscribe to their cult like positive attitude like they think they are somehow better than other people.

As far as I am concerned - It does not matter that they have been rated #1 - they are too indoctrinated like they are going to be the next Microsoft. Like that is a great thing to want to be Microsoft is just a Capitalist Bully that works there employees to death and they are out to crush every one of their competitors to me it's a pretty shallow goal to want to be like them.

I was a good person before this company destroyed me since they fired me 6 months ago for no good reason, my wife has left me and I will tell the world what a piece of s**t company this is until the day I die.

Here is my gift of retaliation I am posting a copy of their Top Secret Project they have been working on developing as a joint project with the Hong Kong Polytechnic Institute

Same problems here

AUTHOR: Tim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 17, 2005

I am having very similar problems with these guys. The training was horrible and it hasn't helped me get any business whatsoever. The support is non-existent. It takes them more than two days to get back to you most times. How is that helpful in the digital age we live in. When I complained about the slow support times I was told to look up the answer on my own if I didn't like it.

WSI Got Me Too

AUTHOR: Wade - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 07, 2005

WSI have to be the crookedest suckers I have ever encountered. They talk their company up like it is the best thing in the world hwo they have all these affiliates and that their support is top notch. I was truly impressed, the only problem is that everything they say is a lie! I never once received this "Top Notch" support they sold me on. Customers would basically laugh at me after the first problem happened because I wasn't able to support them fully. Since I haven't been able to make this business work with all the help I've been given I have tried to get my money back again and again but it seems that every person I speak with needs to give my info to someone else.

WSI Keeps taking money out of my bank

AUTHOR: Bernie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 14, 2004

WSI website http://www.wsicorporate.com/profile.asp) suggest that they have not only sold 700 franchises but that absolutely all of these are active and using their systems. I don't understand how they claim this figure under the WSI banner. In buying a Worldsites franchise, I thought that the best test would be to talk to as many of the franchisees as I could - and most of them painted a rosy picture and encouraged me to join up. It is my belief that the franchisees that I spoke to did not give me the whole story. Rather, they represented that the situation was far better than what it actually was. As expected, most of the reports I got should be ignored. Now after over 1 year, I continue to be discouraged, ignored and worst, WSI did automatically deduct from my savings account, $85 month for the last 12 months, through automatic deduction. Only after receiving my year-end savings statement did I see this. Having reviewed this with my lawyer, included, ever so cleverly, in the agreement is an authorization that allows them to pay themselves. What a scam. I am currently looking into canceling this agreement with WSI, as this is a losing, bogus franchise..
