Like everyone else, they keep putting you off and ignoring your emails. They waited until the last minute so it was iffy as to if it was on time, but I'd been trying to get the address for 4 weeks.
Every time I contacted them, they sent an email saying the tea was sent back too late. I kept wondering how many boxes of tea do they actually have. They probably send the same boxes out over and over again.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They did all the work. Wu-Yi totally ignored them the whole time, but about a week after the case was over, they wrote BBB saying in the next 24 hours they would cut me a check for $249. They did!
I did it all over the internet. The BBB is there for just this sort of service. Take advantage of it. Wouldn't it be great if they had hundreds of cases in the near future? Get busy out there!

This is the first case I have ever heard of where the Better Business Bureau (BBB) theoretically accomplished something for a consumer.
This sounds too good to be true...
Skeptical
