I qualified for the fee sample and only had to pay shipping which was 4.95 plus 3.00 to have it a little sooner. When it arrive, I was missing the"Wu-Yi Source Weight Loss Success Guide. I immediately call the company 1-866-449-5567. The number was a fast busy signal. I tried for about 15 minutes before I receive a message that the number was not in service. Immediately I went to my computer, tried to pull up the website. It would not respond. Did a search and found this wonderful "Ripoff Report Site".
After reading just a few reports, I call my credit card company to file a fraud report and cancel my card. Which they did immediately. I am so thankful for the information on the Ripoff report site giving me backing to support my gut feeling. The tea is going back minus my free 14 day supply that I paid the shipping for, it taste horrible I might send it all back. A few days late the phone number was working and the website, but too late to Rip me off. Thanks to Ripoff Report.
