I ordered what I thought was a free trial sample of the weight loss tea for just $4.95 in shipping. I received the 60 tea bags in about 2 and a half weeks and then was automatically charged $59.95 for a full subscription.

After reviewing my bank account I realized they also charged some internet processing fee of $4.95 and that is when I called and demanded they stop with the subscription etc. I was willing to let that go because of my own stupidity for falling for this scam (Its just green tea) until they just yesterday charged my account another $4.95.

I called again (by the way they never come to the phone at all, so you are forced into a live chat situation). I demanded once again they stop removing funds from my account. They told me the lastest withdrawel was for an e-book subscription that I have yet to see. They claim they will give a full refund even if you return an empty box, so I did receive an address and instructions on how to return it, but I doubt I will ever see a refund. There are claims all over the website of celebrity use of the product, but no links to verify claims.
