about 5 months ago i order this product on line; with the understanding that i could cancel at any time. Wu-Yi Source deducted for the first shipment; i was not satisfied with the product so i called and followed with an email for them to cancel.

a representative contacted me and after he could not get me to keep receiving the product he said that the order was cancelled. for a while i did not see any deduction.

then bam! they have started deducting from my account again; and i am not receiving any product from them! i contacted them via phone when i told the representative my concerns he told me to call back because they had i

installed a new program and it was not up and running completely! they are taking $19.95 out of my account without my permission. i am a senior citizen with a husband with very serious medical problems; i can't afford for these people to take money out of my account whenever they want to. please help!
