Wu-Yi source free trial offer is a complete scam.
Especially if you happen to be an international cutomer. Shipping fees of $24.95 were listed in the email invoice provided by the company, yet my credit card was billed random amounts of $28.43 and $2.95. When questioning customer service staff about this no explaination was given.
They then proceed to tell you that you will be billed $59.95 in 14 days unless they receive the package within this period. This is difficult to achieve when you firstly don't receive the package within this time, and secondly are obviously not going to be able to get the package back to them from an international address.
I emailed them the day after purchase to say that I would forfeit shipping costs due to my own studpidity of falling for this scam, but did not want the products shipped to me as it would cost for me to ship them back but they did not accept this. They also said that I would need to provide a tracking number and a letter of corespondence explaning why the product was not suitable.
If anyone has had success with receiving their refunds from this company please share.
