I called within the 14 day trial period to make sure I did not get charged an $60 to my credit card. There was no indication my card would be automaticlaly charged until I received the package. It took 20 minutes to get a live person on the phone.
The customer service person "Elizabeth" told me her computer was down and she could not cancel my order. I asked, demanded to speak to a supervisor. She told me this was not possible. I was then hung up on.
I emailed to cancel my order and got back a repsonse that I would be charged the $59.95 anyway per the "terms". I am going to mail back the tea unsued but don't expect a refund without a court fight. Also no indication from them what card of mine they charged. I feel angry, duped and will never order any free offers off the internet again! Also the tea has caffeine in it so cannot drink it twice a day as they suggest.
