I didn't do my home work but enough information was on this site to let me know I did not want to do business with these people, I thank you all for that.

How do you beat them? Simple, I canceled my order the next morning after placing the order, the lady Jackie asked why I wanted to cancel, I explained company reputation. She apparently doesn't have good computer skills as she accidentally refunded my money plus about $15.75 extra.

I was satisfied at this point that we were done, but the next day the tea arrived, lucky for me I caught the UPS guy and refused the package, the policy states that you must have a shipping number in order to get a full refund, that is the first step but keep in mind they've already refunded my money.

The next morning I check my credit card balance and they've charged it again! Okay, that night I call the CC company and give them the choice of after 19 years of banking they either reverse all charges or I pay the card off and were done.

I told the lady that by them refunding my money back and then re-charging the card... Just because they could is fraud, they are no longer authorized to charge my card by virtue that I've gone above and beyond in good faith to ask for my money back which they did refund 100% but they broke the cardinal rule and charged again almost 1 1/2 days after they were told I do not want to do business with them, the bank agrees that this is fraud and re-issued the card.

My bank says that sometimes when a card is canceled (just not in this case) that sometimes charges from companies that legally bill your payment to your credit card will follow that card, that's visa's fault for allowing that.

Since doing short term business with these people my ph# and e-mail have gone nuts with telemarketers and SPAM, I wish I had never given a real phone # or e-mail. So keep in mind that on the Website, 5th paragraph on the "About Us" page that these people ARE NOT AMERICANS THEY ARE CHINESE they do not have any offices in the United states or officers with American citizenship, they claim that their primary focus is to be educated and comply with all US Laws, apparently they are not regulated either. They have a gmail account? Who the heck has a gmail account, and have a big internet corporation?

On this same page they fully disclose what you missed about how they enroll you in their magazine subscription and that they do automatic billing, but they don't tell you is even if you cancel they won't give you a reference number that refers to your cancellation on your sign up number.

I recommend at least attempting to cancel the service, start a paper trail back to them, they will eventually do something that is considered to be fraudulent by your bank or CC company that will give you the leverage you need to cancel your card with a stipulation that this company Wu-Yi Source can no longer charge to the new card, if that doesn't work apply for a new card with your bank and pay off the balance or balance transfer to another card another bank and remind them that you do not want any charges to follow (Especially from WU YI SOURCE!) for a lower rate, but if the card doesn't exist any longer they can't charge to it, if nothing else you've stopped the bleeding with this bit of damage control.
