I file for a free trial, they charge my credit card $27.00 and I never receive the merchandise. When I tried call to cancel the subscription the phone number they give is a recorder that request you to send a letter via Internet so you can cancel but the address they give you is not available. I want out of this and most of all that they don't charge anything to my credit card.
