I ordered a trial shipment of he WuYi tea. Suddenly came another box and charges on my card. Also an other chare of "web access" showed up on the card.

I called the number to cancel and got a voicemail referring me to a web site. I went to the web site but couldn't find a web site by the name they gave me on the phone. I tried numerous variations, to no avail..

However, I found this site in refference to the site I was looking for.

Summary,
Unable to stop shipments of unordered product, unable to find web site and pohone was voicemail. I had to cancel the charges through my credit card.
