I ordered a pair of Ugg boots and a Juicy Couture tracksuit as Christmas gifts.  I received a confirmation email and then an additional email telling me the items were shipped 12/09/09.  Like other reports here, if I didn't received my shipment by a certain date, in this case 12/30, then I was to contact them right away.  No tracking information was provided.  I did not receive my items, sent three emails and received no reply.  I reported them to my credit card company on 1/2/10, to dispute the charges and informed them of the reports on this website.  Feeling foolish but grateful that I saw other reports here and that is why I contacted my credit card company so quickly.  I didn't look here until after I'd "ordered" because I was rushing and wasn't careful.  Big Mistake....
