I purchased a pair of jeans from this company and they were quick to take the money.  I received a notice that the package was re-shipped Canadian Air but when I asked for a tracking number, I was told there was not one for air packages...RED FLAG #1.  How is something reshipped when you just ordered it?!?!?  Also, in this day and age every piece of airmail in Canada and US can be tracked and it will never take 10 days using air mail to get anything from Canada to the US. I went to the support site that provided this information:

The day it is supposed to arrive came and went no merchandise.  I contact them via the support system because no address or phone number is listed...another RED FLAG!.  They acted like they really cared and were concerned and that they will do everything to correct the situation.  However, days went by with no response and so I google the site and found this ripoff report and so I nicely explained in yet another letter to them via that support billing site that they had never sent any merchandise and that they are only stealing people's money. Below is the correspondance I had with the company and their responses

I suspect that this site will be shut down so since you feel the need to steal from individuals and not send them what they paid for, I will contact the other individuals I have found on Ripoffreport.com and I feel all of us together have a strong claim to shut your shady practices down. I have coped our correspondance via this site and I am sending it to my CC company and they will deal with you. It is unsavory websites like yours that make a bad name for the rest. This was the kicker...they issued me a refund...yeah right...VISA will deal with them. I filed a complaint against this company and since VISA had to refund me my money, they have the means and the people to shut the train reck of a site down...What ever you do...do not purchase a single item from this site...you will never get it.  FYI..if it is too good to be true then it probably is.
