wynn's extended care refuse to pay for part under warranty. The control arm and ball joint is all one piece. but the control arm is bad and so the ball joint went bad also.

then they say the ball joint isn;t covered so they will not pay, but if the control arm and ball joint are connected it should be covered. they were very rude and hung up on us. For three days we have been fighting with these ugly people. what can we do. we need some answers. Please can someone tell us if they have a answer. thank you
