Wynn's Extended Care Warranty Seems like a SCAM to me!!!! Brea California

Wynn's Extended Care Warranty Company surely seems like a d**n scam to me. First, the daelership that I bought my 2002 Ford Explorer from (Cox Auto, Wilmington, Delaware) should not even use this warranty company. In fact, THEY should be shut down as well after I found out what I found out!

I, like everyone else who owns this year and model, have begun to experience transmission problems. My OD light is flickering like a discoteque mirror ball, the trans is slipping in gears 2 and 3, and it has fouled up my in dash computer. Needless to say after I just bought the vehicle just a year ago, I aint happy. I took it to the dealership I bought it from's service center. They could not fix because they only do the ENTIRE transmission, not just solenoid packs (which was the initial diagnosis). Then AAMCO transmissions, who has been nothing but GREAT to me as I am currently going through this as I type this, takes on the case and sees first hand how this company is BULLS**T!! The "adjuster" that was supposed to be there this morning (I just got a call) JUST NOW ARRIVED!

It is now 4PM eastern time on a Thursday when my car has been in the bay since MONDAY!! My wife has had to shuttle me to and from work, get our daughter to day care, and then get to work herself now for 3 days! IF they come back and tell me that it is not covered after all of this AND my transmission being taken apart on AAMCO's floor for 4 days, I think I WILL go postal! Now, Tom (at AAMCO) has since told me that the car was sold to me sans a front drive shaft at all! SO.....all along as I was excited to get my first 4X4 vehicle, it has no 4X4 capabilities at all! The dealership isn't going to do anything about it....NOW. Once this transmission thing is quieted, They WILL be installing a drive shaft FOR FREE!!!! Trust me on that! Like I said i am right in the midst of this turmoil now so i aint gonna say that Wynn's is a total problem at this point, but I am about to get a call back from the service tech and then we will see!
