a 1998 dodge stratus has a lower conect rod knock and it broke an oil pump chain. also broken connecting rod cap on two cylinder are broken the adjuster looked at it and took photo's and said that that motor was fine to just the chain. in my 25 years of working on motors.

while i have a doctor degree in engine overhaul engine design and engine profomance. don't mean any thing the 26 year old adjuster know more. they refuse to pay the claim. the customer did not own the car 2 months when it broke thank you
