I started with Xango several months back and when I was billed for my first month but did not receive my products, I immediately went to my upline for support. I asked them to please not bill my card again until we could figure out why my order did not arrive but my card was billed.

It has now been about 3 months and I noticed that my card was billed again for $120.00+, so I called XanGo to find out what was going on. I was told that I was refunded $90 for the previous order of $120.00+, which I cannot verify because my bank says it is too old. I asked why I was only refunded $90.00 of my $120 and was told that I was charged to send the products back. I never did receive a product and was never informed of anyone sending anything back, so I inquired more into this strange situation and did not find a single thing to substantiate his claim.

I then requested to please stop the shipping of the next order as I did not want to pay $30 to return something that never shows up. I was told that was not an option because it had already been shipped. Now I have been charged $120 (with a claim of $90 back with no verification by my bank) for my first shippment that did not arrive and a second $120 for a second shippment...and I was told that I have no options:)

I then asked if they could please cancel my membership and stop billing my card and was told that I would have to send in a formal, written request, which would be reviewed and, pending approval, my membership will be canceled.

Bottom line, these guys like to get your credit card on file and then they go billing crazy and know that they only way for you to fix the situation is to spend hours on the phone, write letters, etc, which they know the average person will not do. Do not be fooled and do not let them get away with slowly draining money from your account and thousands of others.
