Yes, they're responsible alright!  Responsible for the elderly suffering heat stroke.  Responsible for taking food off the tables of working class families in summer!  Or sick people like me who can't take the heat.  I would leave this woebegone state but we'd take a loss on our home.  Somebody needs to do something about these utility theives!  Every single one of our utility bills has doubled or tripled in the last two years, but Xcel is by far the worst!  The control these companies exercise over us needs to end!
