XCEL SOolutions Ripoff brings H1B consultants with a contract that is not honoured. Matawan New Jersey

XCEL Solutions CORP, brought me to the USA offering me a salary of US$ 60,000 per year with an H1B visa. I arrived to the USA on September 23, 2006. Jit got a job for me that began on December 13, I got s 5 % raise , so I got almost US$ 29 per hour. This project ended on March 17.

In the meantime Jit Kumar got three offers of US$ 55 per hour for my services that he rejected because he wanted US$ 70 per hour.

On March 28, he informed that as on Monday 4 I would complete two weeks without work, he was going to pay me US$ 30.I told him that that was not in the contract, so he couukd not do it. But he told me that if I did not accept that he would fire me. I told him that I would check my options.

On the next day I found a FEDEX letter announcing that I was fired. I am not the only person abused this company.
I asked XCEL Solutions Corp to give me the H1B approval form in order to transfer my visa, but he told me that he does not have that document. So my visa transfer is more difficult because of that.
