 I ordered a HID kit for my motorcycle. It had my exact year,make, and model in the drop down list so I thought it would fit for sure. I get the kit and the first thing I make sure is to see if the bulb fits. I've installed HID kits on 3 other motorcycles and if there is going to be a fitment issue this is where it's going to happen. Sure enough the bulb does not fit. It is too big to fit in the lamp housing. I tried calling them. I tried various times of the day and week at least a dozen times. Not ONCE did they answer. Always got a message saying they are experiencing high call volume and just hung up on me. So I go through email back and forth for about a week arguing with them. It does no good so I ask for a return. They want to charge me 20% "restocking fee." Why should I get charged 20% when THEIR product doesn't fit as advertised. I send more emails but they are ignored and of course can't get anyone on the phone. Plus they can't even send a prepaid label to ship it back. I have to pay to ship their s**t product back. Horrible horrible company. I hope I can find a way to get my 20% back. Don't ever order from this company!

 Only after a report to the BBB and on here I was quickly contacted and a full refund was issued. Wish they would have had that great of customer service to begin with.
