xfinity Comcast Prepaid Visa card ripoff for choosing Xfinity for internet and TV service Eagan Minnesota

I was promised a $200 prepaid Visa card for choosing this company for our internet and television services.  The first time I called they told me I had to wait 3 months and be ontime with my payments.  After 3 monthswas told to get in touch with Xfinity rewards center but I could track online, so I tried that only to be told they hhad no record of offer.  Called 800 # and was told there were no promotions going on at time of my purchase.  How would I even know of CC offer since I had never used this company before.
