I purchased an antenna from this company and it states satisfaction guarenteed for 30 days. This product is not as advertised and i have made 2 phone calls and sent 2 e-mails. to get an RMA to return product.
Got answering machine on phone calls, left messages, no return calls, and no answer to e-mails. Next step is notify BBB in Amarillo.
It appears that they will not answer E-mails nor return phone calls untill the 30 days has expired, if then!
Bought regular outdoor antenna from Home Depot Works better than xium at less than 1/2 the cost

In looking at my credit card statement I see that Xium has deposited $110 back into my account. I will now wait for an RMA to send their antenna back to them.

After calling this company 4 times and also sending 4 e-mails to get an RMA to return product. and getting no response from them, i decided to contact the BBB in Amarillo,TX
Thru the BBB this company wanted to blackmail me into removing my ripoff report before they would send me an RMA. I refused! so now i have a $144 birdbath OH and this was 2 days before the 30 day return no questions asked warranty expired
