Xium Corporation ripoff Almost two months since I returned unit and still no refund Amarillo Texas

I am getting the run around. I returned a unit on January the 29TH. I have been told it was inspected and cleared for refund. A month later I called still no refund. I was told a refund had been processed on Feb 28th. So I waited a few day about 10 still no refund. I called again they told me refund had been processed to my credit card. So I called credit card company which they told me no such refund existed. A couple of days ago I called and spoke to operator she told that she would take my info to accounting and get them to process refund. Today I call and still no refund needless to say I am getting frustrated with this. I was told someone would call me back today it is now almost 3:00 pm several hours later still no call.

I checked the BBB today and they 19 unanswered complaints against Xium Corporation. This clearly must be a sign.
