Xium ripoff/dishones Amarillo Texas

I saw an add about dish antenna for local TV stations that looks like sat dish, I placed the order, 3 days pass and waited for tracking#.

I went to rip-off to see if was anything about xium and sure did .I read about their bad customer service and that the dish don't work.

so I checked with my credit card and was already charge, so I called xium to cancel my order and a voice machine answer left message, send an e-mail on 11-18-2006 at this time no one has answer me back.

on 11-22-06, I left another message I know that they'll send the item because they make money from shipping they know I will return the item, but I pay shipping and they may charge restocking fee of 15%. So beware
