Xm Brands Unautherized charges ripped off Hollywood, Florida

I ordered sample pack on Feb. 21. I did not received any product.

I was charged 87.47 on March 6th. When I called phone # listed on my bank statement. I was told that it was for membership. That this was an automatic charge after 10 tens.

I told operator that I never received the product and did not autherize the 87.47 charge. I was told that I had not cancelled my membership within ten days so the charge would stick.

I told them I did not receive the product, so they had broken the contract themselves and I wanted my money returned and all orders cancelled.

I was told the would not refund my money and that I had not cancelled within ten days. Even after talking to supervisor they would not refund my money and to date I still have not received any product.
