Well I ordered the $4.95 "10 day evaluation" of one of their products, Reservatrol.  I saw this through another website I use as it was linked there, did not know it was XM Brands until afterwards.  Well I ordered on July 23rd.  I get this item on August 1st as it was shipped July 28th.  On August 1 I noticed $139.97 was taken from the same card as the initial shipping for the trial offer, so they billed me for the next shipment the same day I got the trial item!  0 day trial!  I had tried to call the company but kept getting a recording then was disconnected.  Over and over.

Basically, they wait as long as possible to ship the item, and they count the 10 day trial from the day you order, so it comes 10 days later and before you even can open the package they bill for the 2nd full shipment!!  I refused shipment from UPS.  I called XM BRands again and got a recording to hold for an operator, then I was disconnected.  Over and over.  AGAIN.  I finally got ahold of someone and they said NO REFUNDS, the Terms and Conditions state 10 days from the ORDER date, which they claim was July 22nd.  They also say no refunds for refused deliveries.  I never got an email confirmation of the order in the first place showing the exact time I ordered.  I was able to cancel the recurring shipping plan, but now I have a charge of $139.97 on my MC.  I never got the email that confirmed I canceled either, so I may get charged again.

I called Mastercard.  They said they cannot do anything about a recurring charge like this so SORRY.  I filed a complaint with the BBB too and am still b*tching at Mastercard about this BS.  I payed for a 10 day trial and never got the item before I was billed again.  Also the charges on the CC are 9 days apart, so they didn't even wait the 10 as stated.  Finally, I tried to call customer service but I could not get anyone for several days!!  What a scam, I shoulda known this would happen, but I'm also mad at Mastercard now for basically saying SORRY.
