Xoom money transfer Cancelled account then continued to transfer money without my knowledge IONE CA California

1. After we opened Xoom account, & processed a small money transfer to my sister-in-law in Mexico, Xoom cancelled our account without giving us any reason at all.
2. So we assumed the transaction was cancelled as well (a rather logical assumption, wouldn't you think?)
3. We went back to Walmart and processed the money transfer. We've been doing these kind of transfers to help my wife's family for many years at Walmart, never with any issues or problems--it just takes more time to stand in line & deal with the forms at Walmart.
4. 15 days later, we got an email from Xoom that the money was not picked up!!! How could they continue to process a transaction after they closed the account, and never notified us???

XOOM'S POLICIES AND PRACTICES ARE UNETHICAL AND DISTURBING!
