YMax Communications Corp. David Rodriguez fake loans washington dc Washington

i recived a few phone calls from a company claiming i have been approved for my $1000 loan.. thing is i never appplied for a loan any where ever!! i asked to speak with a superviser to clear this up and a man named david hung up on me i called back right away and he tryied to offer me the loan again i said no i need to speak with your superviser now. he hung up again . i have been calling back and calling back and not gettig any answer. then after a few mintues i did reverse phone number look up and found out that they are  ymax corp. and then i read all the complaints about his company frauding people then they called me back to offer me the loan again i confronted him with the information i had just discovered . he claimed that it was not a scam over and over i said if this is not a scam then let me speak to your superviser and again he hung up . now i am very worried that they might have acutally taken a loan out in my name . i did not give them any money or pay for any thing but i am very very very worried they could have taken a loan out in my name i have no clue how to find out if they did or even what bank to call as i do not have a bank account of any kind i have bad credit so i couldnt even get a loan if i wanted to myself but due to they scamy nature i am worried they might have .
