ymax communications threatening arrest for wire fraud for payday loan houston Texas

My husband had filled out some forms online to try and obtain a short term loan. He has since recieved calls on his cell and at work offering a settlement amount for a payday loan (we never received any such thing) that they say was never paid back. If we didn't pay the settlement fee they would file wire fraud charges with the police, my husband would have a warrant issued and would be atrested. The police will come at 10 a.m.  to take him to jail. He stated that they have affidavits and subpoenas. My husband would get 5 months (specific) in jail if we didn't pay. He said my husband should pay his bills. There are 2 phone numbers 713-931-1792 and 315-755-5094. At the latter number the caller identified himself as Alex Parker. I looked up these numbers and they come up YMax communications.
