This caller, who used number 530-710-2092, said he was "Steve Martin" left me a voicemail message about an "enforcement action executed by US Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid an appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense". It sounded like a scam so I looked up the number, and found the company name of Ymax Oration, which has been involved in similar such scams. I still have the voicemail audio file.
