Received a phone call on my cell phone today from a man whom identified himself as a Mr. Rober Simmon from the legal dept of the IRS.  My taxes from 2008-2012 had been audited and they had proof I fraudulent withheld $2,495.46 from my taxes.  A certified letter sent in January of this year was sent & acknowledged from my household (name unreadable) and this was the last chance to settle before it was process and legal action aginst me would be taken by wage garnishments, tax liens on my proprety and/or imprisonment.  The Mr. Simmons gave me a direct line to contact him (202)241-7037.  I called back from a landline a few moments later and made contact with a Mr. Olan Smith.   Ironically, both gentlemen sounded much the same and had foreign accents.
