I have been corresponding and attempting to have them terminate any association I ever had with this company.

My friend, who now regrets she ever shared this company with me, logged in to her back office and it shows my account was closed by YMMSS November 2004 for lack of participation.

YMMSS could not fulfill their money doubler so they came up with this idea that all members had to login weekly to read post/advertising or risk losing the chance to double. Of course, they knew many would get tired of this game and go away. Then their next tactic was to move everyones green cash to their virtual Success Through Advertising scam...hence we now have earned money. I have never seen any tangible product from this company.

Well, after months of no money, I gave up and realized I had been scammed. So, YMMSS locked my account in November 2004.

Miracously, I have now earned $1600 dollars in 2006. I find this pretty amazing since my so called account was locked by YMMSS since 2004.

I am still waiting on confirmation my closed account is now closed and terminated. Their own response was my account was closed, however, I managed to earn in 2006.

Read your ALERTs often in your backoffice to stay up to date.
Login EVERY 7 days for 30 MINUTES to read Ads.
List your STA account(s) in your Will to protect your loved ones.

If you want to get into your back office, you know must send a copy of your driver's license and other personal info to them. Of course, they say it is purely for security reasons to protect you.

The Form 1099-MISC recently mailed out by Success Through Advertising represents the total compensation paid to you during 2006. Compensation could have been paid either in cash or advertising credits. Advertising credits are reported at the value for which we sell them, which is $10 per credit. You may have received advertising credits from our Accelerator program or by taking our Promotional Survey."

It is the responsibility of each IBA to stay involved and informed about their on-line advertising business.

There have been posting in your back office under STA Alerts, there have been emails sent and discussion on the Tuesday night conference calls regarding all of this. We suggest you print the following reports to discuss with your tax advisor how best to file your on-line advertising business.

1. Earnings - under Historical Reports for earnings under our old comp plan

2. Weekly IBA Earnings

3. Matured Accelerator Positions

4. Survey WACs reported at $10 per for any not returned to STA.

5. 2006 Earnings report

6. Ad transaction history located in Retail site, if you have posted Ads.

There is nothing further the help desk can do for other than help you gain access to your account if you are unable to login.

Here are the reports you should copy for reporting U.S. taxes if applicable prior to me closing the account. Once the account is closed you will not have access to this information:

Details how IBAs can determine what their earnings have been for 2006. If they want to get a head start, the information is largely found on 4 reports and will only include those transactions that took place in 2006:

1. Earnings - under Historical Reports for earnings under our old comp plan
2. Weekly IBA Earnings
3. Matured Accelerator Positions
4. Survey WACs reported at $10 per for any not returned to STA.

Also if you have earnings accumulated to $25.00 or more in your earned income table you may want to select to have a check issued before closing your account.

If you still want to close the account I cannot and will not close it unless you respond to these statements:

I am very sorry to hear you want to close your account.

You will need to respond and reply to these statements.

1) I understand there is a no refund policy.

2) I understand it make take three weeks or greater to be removed from the mailing list.

3) 3) Your account will no longer earn income when the account is closed, therefore there will be no payments issued.

4) Your account will be closed and you will no longer have access to the sites.

Please remember for those that are required to pay U.S. taxes your account is currently active and may have to be reported next year to the IRS because it was or is still active from the beginning of the year 2006.

When you joined YMMSS/STA you acknowledged that you agreed to the terms of the membership agreement which states: "You understand and agree that all sales are final and that we do not provide refunds." You purchased advertising at discount which you can resell or use it to promote a business or product that meets our advertising guidelines and rules for posting.

You understand and agree that all sales are final and that we do not provide refunds. This is due to the fact that STA sells advertising space, which cannot be defective.

If you have not used your EPCs for advertising, you can still sell them to non-members and post the advertisement for them or you can sell them to members for their advertising campaigns. The income from these sales goes directly into your pocket.

I have completed their series of questions now twice and still no confirmation my account which was closed by them...actually closed/terminated and whatever else they would like to call it.

Also, when I joined YMMSS it was not the program it is now. When YMMSS could not fulfill their end of the deal, they switched the program to pretty much virtual money so they would not have to pay any real money out...bilking many people for what surely has to be hundreds to thousands of dollars.

My friend, who truly regrets recommended this program to me, is worse off than myself. They sent her a 1099 for $10,000. What a mess.

Any ideas on how to clear this mess up would be appreciated. At this point, I just want them to terminate me from their records and not to continue to report earnings to the IRS of which I have no knowledge and never received.
