A sales person from Yodle, an internet marketing company/SEO, etc, called me and convinced me to take a 3 month trial of their services. He promised that it was only 3 months and I had no obligation after that and needed to do nothing to cancel. I agreed and paid for 3 months in advance. I experienced no increase in the call volumn to my office as a result and had no plans to continue the service. However, when I get my credit card statement after the 3 months had ended, i see a charge from Yodle for a month to month service. I called at that time and cancelled and requested a refund. I am waiting at this time for a return phone call from a manager.

I had a poor experience with Yodle as well. The website that they stated that they will design for you is created from a template. It looks like that they use 1-3 similar templates for everyone. These are the cheapest looking templates that I have ever seen. 

I was convinced by Sales to sign up for Yodle. I signed up and Yodle set up my account and set up a website. It was the ugliest most unprofessional website that I have ever seen in my life. Due to the website, I decided to not move forward with any of Yodle. I have attached a screenshot of the website that Yodle built. My current company website: www.chromesecuritysystems.com 

 

Yodle still billed me for the entire month $199!!! This is the most outrageous thing that I have ever seen in my life. I was with yodle for maybe 3 days. Once I saw the level of their performance, I quit immediately.  

 

I would not have signed up unless sales told me they could generate leads for me immediately. 

After signing up, the customer service manager completely changed their story. 

The manager told me to expect no customers or zero leads for the first 30 days. The manager told me to expect two leads for the first 60 days.  The manager told me to expect 6 leads for the first 90 days. 

 

SIX LEADS FOR $600 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME ??????!!!!!!!!

If I was told this prior to signing up, I would not have signed up!!  

 

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!
