Yoga Pro Frederic Ferri Yoga Toes Fractured My Foot Ann Arbor, Michigan

I purchase the product yoga toes in May 2008 for $45.00.  I used the product 3 times per the instructions on the box. After using the product for the 3rd time I experienced pain in my right foot. Which initially ended up being fractured from using the product yoga toes.  I've never had any issues with my feet before.  Actually I've been a running all my life. 

I saw 2 podiatrist and was in a walking boot the whole summer of 2008.  I did have attorney representation.  I spent over $2000 dollars trying to heal my foot.  As the result of that injury I'm no longer able to run and my activity level has decreased.  I experienced bouts of depression not being able to exercise and gained weight as an result of this injury. 

My attorney contacted the insurance company Great American Custom who covers Yoga Pro.  After 2 years of fighting this, I was denied the compensate that was addressed in the letter of demand from my attorney. 

When this first happened I contacted the company on June 12, 2008 and explained my injury but I never received a call back. I called back the following day, June 13, 2008 and was told that the president was aware of my situation and would be giving me a call the following week. I'm still waiting on that call from him, Frederic Ferri.  He's the owner and president of Yoga Pro.

So now I'm left with the decision to either forge ahead with my lawsuit and having to spend more of my money with no guarantees of recouping my losses. Plus the damage that this product has done on my everyday living and activities. 

This product needs to be taken off the market before someone else experiences what I have gone though and still going though.  He makes false claims and he isn't a podiatrist either.  This Product is Dangerous!
