youbuy4less sent item back 4 return and they havent sent my refund back and its been three months and nothing new jersey, California

i ordered some vacume filters and they sent me the wrong ones for my vacume cleaner so i called them to see if i could return them and they said yes so i sent them back and i didnt here from them so i tried calling them back and they said that dont worry they would take care of me and the the one who handles the returns was kathy so i asked to talk to her and she was not there at the time but dont worry they would call me back that night but i never received there call like they said they would so i tried again to call them and asked to talk to kat and again she was not in but dont worry so i waited again to see if they would call me but they didnt and then i tried e-mailing them but no answer from them so i tried to call them again and now they aint answering there phone at all its been three months now and all i want is my money back iam a self employed person and dont have money to be throwing away like that.
