SINCE JAN. 2008 YOUR TOP BRANDS HAS OWED ME $250 DOLLARS. ALL THEY KEEP TELLING ME IS THERE IS A "HUGE" DELAY. THIS COULD BE A CLASS ACTION FEDERAL LAWSUIT BECAUSE THEY ARE IN A DIFFERENT STATE AND PERPETRATED FRAUD PURELY TO MAKE A PROFIT FROM INNOCENT VICTUMS.

WHEN I TRY TO CALL THE NUMER (877-312-7263) IT IS BLOCKED AND SAYS THE NUMBER IS BUSY.

CONSUMERS BEWARE DO NOT TAKE PART IN THEIR OFFERS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR CONTRACT AND DO NOT HAVE ANY INTENTION OF PAYING YOU. PARTICIPANTS END UP MAKING YOUR TOP BRANDS MONEY BY BUYING SPONSORS OFFERS.

I KNOW OF THREE OTHER FRIENDS WHO HAVE GOTTEN THE SAME RUN AROUND, DILATORY DELAYS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN PAID THE MONEY THEY ARE DUE.
