your wish store yourwishstore.com rip-off internet Internet

On 9-1-2016 I purchased purple and yellow pampass grass seeds from www.yourwishstore.com.  Th seeds were to be started indoors in January.  In November I took the packets out and looked at them.  I went online to yourwishstore.com to get the specific planting instructions.  There was a picture of black seeds.  I did not get black seeds!

On 11/08/2016 I emailed this company to tell them I did not get what I paid for.  I then forgot about this issue until 2/17/2017.  I emailed them again on 2/17.  I got a response on 2/18/2017 from a Mica West, customer service, saying that they apologize but can't resend products.  It went on to read that they would issue a full refund and that will take 20 days. 

On 2/19/17 I got an email from a Sophie Cooper stating that  they need time to process my refund and I will get an email once it was refunded.  Also, "Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvience we may have caused you.  Rest assured a refund will be made." 

April 18, I sent another email asking them what's up with my refund.  They did not respond.  So on 4/21 I emailed them again.  Today, 4/25/2017 I have not received a notification about my refund, nor have I received a refund!  And, their website won't come up today!

I have called my bank and PayPal for them to intervene since I paid with Mastercard.
