I set up an account with yourfreedvds.com. They represented that they would credit points to my account when I accepted offers, such as an offer to join a book club or video club. They represented that the points could be applied to earn free dvds they made available. I set up an account several months ago with them.

I earned points with respect to 4 offers that were credited to my account and I ordered and received 1 free dvd. I then accepted four other offers,joining the Disney Movie Club, the Science Fiction Book Club, the Columbia House TV series video club, and the Children's Book Club. I became members in all of these book and video clubs in response to the yourfreedvds offers.

I was not awarded the points that were promised to me by yourfreedvds.com. I sent yourfreedvds.com over 100 emails over the past month. I provided them my account numbers for all of the clubs I joined and sent them emails from the clubs confirming I accepted the offers. I have received no response to my EMAILS and they provide no phone number or mailing address on the internet site. I also sent EMAILS to all of the book and video clubs, but they claim I have to resolve this through yourfreedvds.com.

I should have been given the points I was promised for accepting the offers by yourfreedvds.com.
