Yoursavingsclub.com Unauthorized debits of $1 over 4 months Internet

I noticed $1 debited from my checking account.

This has been going on for four months.

It is possible that they obtained my account info when I signed up for a free credit report and then cancelled. But I don't know for sure. I never authorized this debit.

I called the number listed with the debit, but it is only a recorded message.
1-877-820-7107.

An e-mail address is listed on the recording. membersaving@yoursavingsclub.com.

I also contacted my bank and canceled my card. They informed me that I could file a "Card Holder Dispute Form" or contact the fraud department.

I called the fraud department but they wouldn't touch it saying this is a dispute not fraud.

I ask very politely if she could explain the difference. She wouldn't explain the difference but she told me that she could not do anything until I had sent the company an e-mail.

So I sent an e-mail.

As a note there is a form on the company website where I could send an e-mail. I opted instead to send it to the e-mail address on the the recording so that I would have record.

I guess I'll wait and see.
