We signed up for their internet hosted dialer for a one month trial (that we paid for). After the trial, they auto-renewed the accounts we wanted to cancel because we didn't give them a 30 day written notice to cancel. WHAT!?!?

It was a trial, and why do we have to give a 30 day notice on a trial that we don't know if we will like until we are finished with it?

I'm lost! And out $1300,00 now.

Dear Mr. Jim Kubicek,

I apologize that you were unhappy with our service; however, to suggest that you were required to give us 30 days notice to cancel your account is inaccurate. We immediately took action to address the cancellation issue the day after your account auto renewed per your two signed agreements with us.  The signing and acknowledgement of a contract and or agreement as well as the request for us to cancel an agreement is of a serious nature and not one we or our legal department takes lightly.

Secondly, I hope you can admit that you bear some responsibility. Your issue was not more amicably resolved because when you called into our support line, you berated and cursed at our employees, threatened to spread about slanderous remarks online and (for some strange reason) claimed to have called the police and FBI rather than explaining what had happened so that we could work towards a more positive solution. It is unfortunate you feel that you wasted your money, and I am sorry you had a negative experience. But yelling and cursing is hardly productive and made it impossible for us to give you same day resolution over the telephone.  The fact is we verbally stated and e-mailed you that your issue was escalated to upper management and a response would be sent to you within 24 hours.

Thirdly, please check your e-mail and subject line: ticket 12299.  We feel our response will address your issue in a satisfactory manner and we now consider this issue closed.
