Yugster scammed me for product then gave me a fake phone number Internet

 I bought an Fitbit in early August. I had used this company once before. I got my product the previous time but not now. I had updated my info on the last order. So when I placed the most recent order is was correct. Somehow the billing saved. The shipping did not. I emailed Rachel in their customer service. Many times. The second email she told me it had been shipped, was sitting at the post office. She gave me a number to call. I called it and got "I won a gift card. Just pay shipping." Rachel didn't apologize when I contacted. Just said "oops." And why did I have to call USPS? Isn't it yugsters job to get me my product. USPS returned the product. Yugster will not respond to my emails. They have not refunded my money. They have not given me the product I paid for nearly 2 months ago. Stay away from Yugster.
