I have placed my order worth $44.50 on Septemebr 24, 2006 through an online order. This is posted on their website as you choose the USPS shipping method: "Please allow 8-10 business days to receive your package."

Ten business day later, I did not receive the products I have ordered. On the 12th business day, October 10, I called them and the representative I spoke with told me that they were not able to charge the card I provided online so they can't ship my order. I ask them to just send me a bill instead and I would pay them.

I have been a loyal customer for three straight years and I use to pay my orders three months later as they have that program. I am sure they do not have a problem sending me the bill with the shipment. They then told me that, they'd do that but I just have to wait for another 8-10 days to receive my shipment.

Another 10 days have passed, still no products but this time I receive a bill on the mail stating that my products can't be shipped because the card cannot be charged. So I wrote them a check worth $44.50 and mail it back out.

Now 30 business days has past. It is November and I placed my order in September, I have called, complained and follow up on it but still no products, I contacted them back to cancel my account with them, to not ship my products and just cancel my order, and to make sure to not cash in the check I sent them through mail or I would report them to the right authorities such as BBB.

Three days later, I got my shipment and I have been charged twice on my credit card for $44.50 dated Oct 5th and Oct 24. I called them again being charged three times. They deny it and told me that according to their records they just charge me once and they can not refund something I claim and which they do not see in their system. Now I have to call my credit card company and my bank about Yves Rocher's multiple charges.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EITHER.
