Z-BEST RENTAL Unauthorized Debit Card Use & Charging fake fees for pick up, late charges and not applying payments to accounts and harrassment Palm Coast, Florida

I have rented from this company for years so I know how the agreements work. I ahd a situation in which I filed an incident report against them for unauthorized use of my debit card, first and farmost, they are not allowed to keep a card number on file and no authoirztion form was signed. He then stated to the fraud dept at my bank that I was present for this transaction , in which I was at work at the time. My other situation with them is that I special ordered 2 side tables and a sofa table from them with a $100 deposit. Only 1 end table came in and the others were on backorder. I constantly was aking about them since I was paying for one of the table and had 120 days to pay.  I called and spoke to many of the employees about this but always got a different story, finally after the situation with the card. I was uncomfortable deal with them any longer and not getting a response for 4 months on the tables I no longer wanted them. The owner then advised me that he would credit me the $361 for the table if it was returned. Even though I now paid 3 times what the table was worth. I said OK. I returned the table in which still had its new tags on it for it was in storage most of the time. I moved in my dads home to take care of him. I also returned the washer and dryer and the computer. I told them on Mar 30.2013 that I wanted this picked up and had enough and they didnt pick up them until April 7, 2013. I decided to keep the dinette set and livingroom set for they were almost paid off. The $361 credit would have been applied to the remaining balance of the dinette set and the rest towards the balance of the livingroom set in which the remaining balance would be $341. I sent in a check for $100 in which was cashed stating to put towards balance, then last week another for $100 for the same and friday, I sent in the remaining one for $141. Paid off Right!!! No, the owner went back on his word, is stating the table was damage, I have pics that state differ, then tryed to charge me $100 to pic up furniture, stating there were bounced ck fees that were never applied, BS - since they make sure they get all fees and rental amount when you pay upfront. hen they are stating that they gave me a months deferrred payment on my livingroom, that would change my 120 days date...NO!! I never requested nor did I have a lower payment it. I paid exactly the same amount every week, including all late fees if I paid on Tues instead of Sat. Now he is adding on all these fees and charges to only apply $54 dollars of the credit. I am not agreeing with this, this is a rip off and my sister went throught the same thing with them and returned all her items and she was a customer for over 10 years ang bought thousand of dollars worth of items. They changed managers and accounting people over there, somethign definatley isnt right. I reported them to the BBB and to the State Attorneys General office, with an incident report to the Palm Coast Police Dept. Go to Aarons at least they are ligit!!
