Purcased a Facebook Real Estate Posting solution from this company on 8-11-2015. This service posts your real estate listings to Facebook. Or, it is suposed to. When you post a listing, the text for the correct listing posts but an incorrect picture posts. No way to correct it other than delete the post. The company's answer was to wait another 2 weeks while tech supoprt corrects the issue! What? This company sold this solution to me knowing full well it didn't work. Realtors. Run from these people!

This compnay has offered to refund my money and terminate my contract. I am very happy with that resolution. I will update once the final refund has been processed.

Posting Error

Hi, we discovered a posting error on manually scheduled Facebook posts. The challenge we face is that we submit a request to Facebook in a link post on what photo to grab, but ultimately Facebook chooses the photo it likes. It is our developers job to find a way around that loophole. As soon as we discovered this error, it became a top priority of our development team to resolve as we know this is a main feature of our product. We apologize that you experienced this especially since this is your first impression of us. All software out there will have bugs from time to time and we cannot prevent that 100% but our goal is to minimize the number of issues and resolve any that do arise as quick as possible. We have been working on this particular issue for about a week and our developers have found a fix which will be completed tomorrow. We hope we can make this right and continue our working relationship. Thank you.
