My real estate company utilized Z57 websites services for over a decade. One of our office managers and I as an officer of our company were the point of contact for z57 since 2005. The OM and I had numerous correspondences regarding upgrades and changes over the numerous years of z57 service. Z57's service began to slide and their products were deemed to not be relevant or competitive for their respected market so our company decided to implement a new solution and discontinue z57 service. The OM and I made contacts with z57 to terminate their services. Z57 informed us that they did not recognize our authority to cancel the service or to cancel z57's authorization to continue charging the OM's company credit card. Z57 claims that the only authority they recognize to cancel the service or credit card authorization is the individual that was the point of contact within our company when services were first started with z57 over a decade ago. Z57 was made aware that this individual was no longer the POC for such things but has used this to deny cancellation and pursues harassing company reps for additional payment since the OM's company credit card they were using was canceled since z57 refused our company's service termination requests. I would advise to stay clear of this provider and much more viable alternatives are available. hide
