Dear Fellow Ex-Associates of the Zaken Company. We need your help. I have posted this message before in an attempt to get ex-associates for help.

I would like to thank the rip-off report for their help, but we need you the ex-employees to write to this law firm explaining the amount of money you have been scammed by the Zaken Company. Give it a shot. Here's are chance to stop this company.

A Complaint seeking class action status was filed against Zaken on February 5, 2003 in California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles. The Plaintiffs in this action are seeking to enjoin Zaken*s misleading communications about the "Quick-Sell Liquidators" program and recover funds fraudulently taken from past Locators. The Plaintiffs are represented by Green & Jigarjian LLP.

Locators do not need to do anything to participate in the lawsuit, as they will automatically be included if the case is certified as a class action.
