It seems Zaken think he's so special and above the law that he thinks he can out right lie to the Attorney General of California and get away with it.

I sent a letter to the Attorney General months ago about Zaken's refusal to refund me and that said I did not qualify for the refund because I made no commission because they did not sell what I found.

Zaken responed back to the AG that I only sent in one lead and he never promised to sell everything that found. That's funny! That's not the impression that I got from his advertising. He stated that he had buyers set up already he made it seem so easy. Wasn't that the point. He said no one was interested in what I found. 15,000 pairs of women's shoes for less than $2 a pair. If Zaken was as good at his business as he sold himself to be then stiring interest in my find should have been easy. The bottom line is that he doesn't have any regular buyers like he said he had.

Oh.... And get this... Here's the best part. Zaken has the arrogance to tell the Attorney General that he tried to resolve my dispute by offering me a free directory list, and a free gift certificate for a hotel vacation and that I never responed.

ZAKEN YOU ARE A LIAR!!!! YOU NEVER OFFERED ME ANYTHING. YOU NEVER EVEN MADE AN EFFORT TO CONTACT ME TO RESOLVE ANYTHING. YOU FLAT OUT LIED TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CALIFORNIA. YOU ARE A SOCIOPATH AND PATHOLOGICAL LIAR ZAKEN. YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR CRIMES.
